Keeps ignoring my emails. Won’t mail me a new screen protector even though it’s under warranty.

Hi its been serval weeks i still havent received my reimbursement i got a email saying that it was in my paypal account i spoke with PayPal and the said i should have a transaction ID which i dont i hav3 made every attempt to get reimbursed but no one is helping me someone name Stephanie oct 5 @ 904 am said that my money was in my PayPal account my correct email address is jlandor62@gmail.com all lower case
