For a cracked iPad 10.5 screen repair request, and following their emailed claim processing and authorization procedures, I chose their authorized repair provider Campus Mobile Solutions in Champaign, Illinois. When I arrived for the repair appointment, I learned that the screen cracks were actually in my added glass screen protector, and not in the iPad glass itself. Therefore, I did not need to use the warranty claim, and only voluntarily paid “out-of-pocket” for an inexpensive replacement glass screen protector instead of the deductible. I really appreciate the professionalism and support from both Warranty Life and their authorized repair location Campus Mobile Solutions during this process. (Warranty purchased from Gazelle with the iPad)
