This is a rip off this product doesn,t protect tour phone

I made a claim months a go and they just answer back and they say i didnt register and i know i did.I provide all the proof and they dont want to pay.This product do not protect your phone and they claim nanobites kills germs and doesn,t and if you phone drops is going to brake.Dont buy this.
