Phone and claim form sent to you, we have not heard back from you

The iphone we purchased from Swappa is still under a one year warranty from Warranty Life. We were instructed to mail the damaged phone to Warranty Q Fix in Daphne, Alabama along with the completed claim form. We did this one month ago and have not heard back from you since then. Please advise the status of our claim. Thank you.
