There is no customer service number listed under "Contact Us". I'm starting to understand why, because the online Support has been extremely disappointing so far. This process should not take a week just to initiate a claim. Even more discouraging is the response time via email. They have been sending me an email before noon each day so far. But today I've received nothing. A warranty for phone repair should be a very simple and expedited process in 2020. I'll be sure to read reviews before just assuming warranty companies are competent.
