THEY DO NOT BACK UP "WARRANTY" EVEN ONCE APPROVED
I SUBMITTED MY CLAIM WHICH WAS APPROVED 3+ MONTHS AGO. STILL NOTHING. I FOLLOWED EVERY SINGLE STEP EXACTLY AS REQUESTED, THEY SIMPLY WILL NOT ACTUALLY SEND THE MONEY. HAS ANYONE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE? IF I DO NOT GET MY WARRANTY HONORED, I AM GOING TO POST EVERYWHERE AS WELL AS COMPLAIN TO FCC AND ALL OTHER RELEVANT AGENCIES.
I SEE SIMILAR POSTS RIGHTFULLY SAYING THIS SHOULD BE A "SIMPLE PROCESS," BUT IT'S NOT. THEY INTENTIONALLY MAKE IT DIFFICULT AND EVEN ONCE REPAIR "APPROVED" THEY SIMPLY DO NOT PAY. I AM SOOOOO FAR BEYOND PISSED

Hi, did you get any response? I have my claim approved but similar situation as yours. I was planning to wait for few more days before thinking about actions legally.
